Mabel's Bakery & Coffee Shop opened in July of 2017.  The owners, Lacy & Woody returned to Lacy's hometown of Napoleon from Fargo at the end of 2015 to pursue Lacy's dream of opening a bakery/coffee shop.  When the White Maid decided to relocate and expand, and the space became available, they jumped at the chance to move in to a prime location on Broadway.  Renovations began at the beginning of 2017, and Mabel's Bakery & Coffee Shop opened in July.

Mabel's offers espresso drinks, fruit smoothies, and a wide selection of baked goods, including donuts, pastries, rolls, cupcakes and cakes, bread/buns and more!
